This is a 17th-century outbuilding with a pigeon cote located to the east of Naunton House. It features a timber frame with brick nogging and has a tiled half-hipped roof topped with a lantern. The outbuilding is gabled and adjoins another timber frame structure. Naunton House and the nearby farm buildings are part of a group.
