Description

The Poplars is an early 19th-century brick house that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The windows are 16-pane sashes, adorned with voussoirs and keyblocks, and have sills. The central entrance has a panelled door topped by a rectangular fanlight. The building has brick dentil eaves and a tile roof that slopes down to a gable end facing the road. At the rear, there is a 17th-century timber frame wing that includes a gabled dormer. The Poplars is part of a group with Thatchways and The Way.
