Description

Pipers is a 17th-century timber-frame house, largely rebuilt in whitened brick, with a modern extension on the north side that replicates the original style. The thatched roof is half-hipped to the south and hipped over the north extension; two ridge stacks are present. The house is one storey and has an attic. It features eyebrow dormers with renewed leaded casement windows—two to the original front, three to the original rear, and two matching each side to the north extension. Below the modern casement windows are leaded lights, with three to the original house and two to the extension. A modern porch sits on the south end of the building.
