Description

The former stable range, located on the south side of the courtyard of a former manor house, dates from the 17th century and later. It is constructed of blue lias stone and features plain tile roofs. The structure has two-storey ends and a one-storey central cartshed range. The ends are equipped with stone external staircases leading to the first floors, which are sheltered by timber-framed porches. The east end is gabled at right angles and has two 20th-century stone mullioned windows on its east side, along with a wooden Tudor arched door head providing access to the first floor.
