Description

Rose Cottage and The Kot are an 18th-century cottage range constructed of blue lias stone with a plain tile roof. The building has one ridge stack positioned between the two cottages and an external stack on the south end wall. The cottages are arranged as one-storey and attic. Rose Cottage has a double-fronted facade, featuring two gabled dormers and two casement windows below. The Kot has a single gabled dormer and a single casement window. Both cottages have two-plank doors. A small gabled stone extension is located at the south end of the building.
