Description

The K6 telephone kiosk is a type designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. It is made of cast iron and has a square plan with a domed roof. The top panels feature unperforated crowns, and the windows and doors have margin glazing. This kiosk is an important feature of the streetscape and is part of a group with other listed buildings in Broad Street and Bridge Street.
