Description

The Old Post Office is a cottage dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber-frame structure with painted brick and wattle-and-daub infill, topped with a plain tiled roof and a rear brick stack. The building is single storey with attics and consists of three framed bays. It has three 3-light casement windows and two gabled dormers. There are off-centre plank doors at each end, with the left door having a lattice porch. The corners of the building are supported by straight corner braces.
