Description

Long Green Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been cased and extended in red brick during the 19th century. It features a plain tile roof and is one storey with an attic, designed in a T plan. The east end crosswing appears to be entirely from the 19th century. There is a ridge stack at the former east end and an outside stack at the base of the west end. The main range includes three dormers, a central door, and two modern windows with cambered heads. The crosswing has a pair of casement windows and a triple casement window on the ground floor. The timber framing is exposed in the west end gable and along the upper part of the rear wall.
