Description

Chequers Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century or 18th century, constructed with a timber frame and painted brick. It features a hipped plain tile roof with a central ridge stack and a stack on the south end wall. The building is two stories high and has a two-window range of casements. There is a central door on the west front. The west side showcases exposed timbers, while the rear is finished in painted brick. There are lean-to additions at both the north and south ends.
