Description

The Cooper Memorial is a chest tomb located approximately 10 meters southeast of the Church of St Mary in Bilston, Wolverhampton. It commemorates Elizabeth Cooper, who died of cholera during the epidemic of 1849. The tomb is crafted from ashlar and features panelled sides with angle pilasters on a plinth. The top of the tomb is adorned with a large carved scroll that includes an inscription.
