Description

The Centre of England Stores is a 17th-century building that has undergone significant alterations. The front is whitewashed and features modern shop windows, along with a moulded coping at the gable end. The structure consists of one storey and attics, topped with an old tiled roof that includes a gabled dormer. A stone chimneystack is present, which has a modern red brick shaft. The side elevation reveals an exposed timber frame. At the back, there is a stone outbuilding that retains its original roof truss, purlins, and curved braces.
