The structure has two storeys with a three-window arrangement at the center and a one-storey, two-window wing on the left. There is a first-floor band, and the windows are sashes with glazing bars, set beneath stucco keyblocks and stucco-faced lintels. The entrance boasts a four-fielded panelled door with a rectangular fanlight that has geometrical glazing bars, a ribbed surround, and is topped with a cornice hood, along with a panelled reveal.
