Description

30 and 32 Dock Road is an early 19th-century building that was originally a modest range of three cottages, but is now partly used as a shop and off-licence. The structure is made of painted brick and has two storeys. It features four casement windows, which have generally been renewed, and three plain doorways with segmental heads and ledged doors. There is a later 19th-century canted bay window that now serves as part of the shop. The building also has dog-tooth eaves and is topped with old tiles.
