Description

The Church of All Saints is a medieval church located on Birmingham Road in Allesley. It has undergone significant restoration, with the chancel being rebuilt between 1862 and 1863 by James Murray. The church features a nave, aisles, chancel, south porch, and a west steeple. The structure includes a 13th-century design with a Norman pair of bays in the south arcade. Inside, there are many finely carved 17th-century and 18th-century wall monuments, especially in the vestry, which includes monuments from 1677 and 1718, as well as under the tower. The church also has a 19th-century font.
