Description

Nos 54 and 56 on Birmingham Road are a pair of small houses built in the late 18th century. They are constructed from red brick and have an old tiled roof. The buildings are two storeys high and feature a stone plinth. Each house has two casement windows and brick eaves. Number 56 has a wooden moulded door surround that is topped with a pedimented hood. These houses are included in the listing for their group value, as they are part of a collection that includes The Lodge and Nos 42 to 64 (even).
