Description

Nos 97 to 100 on Spon End are a Grade II listed building with a 19th-century red brick front that conceals an earlier structure, likely dating back to the medieval period. This building has three bays and features a tie beam roof truss that retains wind braces. The plaster filling over one of the tie beams is decorated with a small plaster rose, and there were formerly more roses arranged in a pattern. Number 100 also has a 19th-century red brick front that covers an earlier structure. The building has a tiled roof and stands two storeys high, with flush casement windows that include glazing bars. Nos 97 to 103 form a group.
