No 1 on Coleshill Street is an early 18th-century building made of red brick with a tiled roof featuring three hipped dormers and a parapet that once had urns at the center and ends. The building has two storeys and attics, with a stone cornice moulding and brick angle pilasters. It includes six sash windows set in stone architrave surrounds with keystones. The entrance has a stone door surround topped with a pediment on consoles. There are panelled brick chimney stacks, and the ceilings date from the early 19th century.
