Description

The gatepiers located between "The Chapel" and New Hall date from the 18th century and have been altered. They are constructed of red brick and feature stone cornices that support urns with gadrooning on their lower halves. These gatepiers are included in the listing for their group value, as they contribute to the architectural significance of the nearby New Hall, "The Chapel", former coach house and stables, and Gardener's Cottage.
