Description
No. 12 on Church Street is an early 19th-century building with a front made of red and vitreous brick and a partly painted stucco side elevation. It stands two storeys high and features a three-light sash window with panelled wood mullions, all set within a segmental headed reveal. The building includes a plinth, a first-floor sill, a frieze, and a pediment. To the right, there is a four-panel door with an oblong fanlight, which is framed by pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side of Church Street.
