Description
Sherbourne Corner is a house dating from around the 17th century. It has a timber frame that was encased in red brick during the 18th century, and it features an 18th-century brick wing that creates an L-shaped plan. The house has steeply pitched plain tile roofs with gabled ends and stands two storeys high with attics. There are two window ranges, featuring two and three-light casements. The ground floor includes canted bay windows and a pilastered doorway topped with a hood supported by console brackets. Additionally, there are two gabled dormers and central brick chimney stacks. Inside, there is a chamfered ceiling beam.
