Description

The Westgate Arms Inn is a late 17th century or early 18th century building located on Bowling Green Street. It has an L-shaped plan with modern infilling and a flat roof. The exterior is finished in stucco with old tiled roofs. The building has two storeys and attics, featuring a cornice and gabled and hipped casement dormers. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, and there is a canted ground floor bay on the right side. The entrance is highlighted by a Doric door surround, and there is a single storey flat roofed extension on the left.
