Two houses. c1760-61 with later alterations. Brick with stucco dressings; hipped tile roof with brick end, ridge and rear stacks. 2 storeys with attic; 4-window range. Georgian style. Stucco plinth; top cornice. Former entrance to right of centre has Tuscan pilasters, frieze and cornice; inserted window with 12-pane horned sash. Windows have sills, and rusticated wedge lintels with keys over 12-pane sashes; ground floor has 2 windows to left of entrance, 3 windows to right, the right end window with 4:12:4-pane tripartite sash. 1st floor has window over entrance with C19 cast-iron window box; C19 canted oriel to left has brackets, flush-panelled apron and top frieze and cornice; 4:12:4-pane horned sash; 3 gabled dormers with 2-light casements. Returns have modillioned brick cornices and entrances. Rear has 2-storey wing with C19 half-hipped cross wing with re-entrant porch to left return.
