Description

Kilbracken House at Rugby School was built in 1865 by William Butterfield in a Gothic style. The building features red brick that is stone dressed with black brick diapering. It has a gabled tiled roof and consists of two and three storeys, with two gables at the front. The windows are sash with glazing bars, and the gable windows have shouldered heads, pointed relieving arches, and tympana with brick and stone chequer work. On the garden front, there is a gable with a two-storey canted bay window on the left and a modern porch.
