Description

The Miniature Bridge is an early 19th-century footbridge located in Farley, Alton Park. It is constructed of cast iron and features ashlar piers and cutwaters. The bridge has three segmental arches adorned with diamond patterned spandrels, spanning an artificial pond, with chains strung between the piers. This bridge is an important element of the garden layout at Alton Towers, which is recognized as Grade I on the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission Gardens Register.
