Description
No. 240 Abbey Green Road is a cottage dating from around 1800. It is built of coursed and squared stone and has a plain-tiled roof. The cottage is two storeys high and features a two-window range with a central doorway. It has a conventional two-unit plan but is notable for its original Gothick windows, which include cast-iron traceried lights. There are end wall stacks, but the interior has not been inspected.
