Description
The Conservative Working Men's Club is a house that was formerly an inn, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed and squared rubble with a plain-tiled roof. The building has three storeys and features a four-window range with a central entrance. The entrance consists of a flat six-panelled door set within a moulded architrave, topped by a pedimented hood supported by brackets. The stone mullioned windows, which have two and three lights, are plain chamfered. There are moulded string courses above the ground and first floors, and a brick stack is located in the left-hand gable. The interior has not been inspected.
