Description
The planting trough located approximately 200 meters northeast of Heath House is one of a pair designed around 1830 by James Trubshaw. Made of stone, the trough features a cusped quatrefoil shape with five circular basins carved into the top surface, which rests on a low moulded plinth. These troughs are positioned on either side of the Orangery and are part of a formal garden arrangement.
