Description

The Ice House, located approximately 600 yards north of Sandon Hall, dates from around 1780. It is a small chamber built into the side of a mound, featuring an ashlar wall at the front. The entrance has a doorway with a moulded reveal and a cambered head, topped by a stone pedimental feature.
