Description

Nos 54 and 56 High Street is an early 19th-century building located in Eccleshall. It is constructed of red brick and features three storeys with four sash windows, each adorned with flat brick arches. There is an elliptical arch with a stone key-block leading to a carriage entrance. The doorway of No 56 is framed by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase with a slight cornice, while the doorway to No 54, located on the west side within the yard, has a simple wood doorcase with a six-panelled door. The building also includes a 19th-century shop front, moulded wood eaves, and tiled roofing.
