No 38 on High Street in Eccleshall is a late 18th-century building constructed of red brick. It stands three storeys tall and features four sash windows with cambered heads. On the left side, there is a covered passageway, while the right side has a late 19th-century shop front. The building is adorned with moulded brick eaves, brick coped gables, and a tiled roof.
