Description

Wells Farmhouse, dated 1835, is built in the Regency style. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped slate roof with brick stacks. The building has three storeys and a three-window front, with casement windows, including one that has modern fenestration and another that is blocked. The doorway on the west side is adorned with panelled pilasters, a pediment, and a fanlight. There is also a gabled porch on the east side, and the eaves are bold with lined soffits.
