Description
This is a house, originally one building but later divided into two and subsequently used partly for offices. It dates from the early 18th century and was altered in the 19th century. The house is constructed of red brick with a plain tile roof, raised verges and brick stacks behind the roof line. It is two storeys and has an attic, and features storey and eaves bands. The facade has five bays with early 19th century glazing bar sashes and casements within original surrounds, all with segmental heads. There are three gabled attic dormers. The central entrance features a six-panelled door with a dished semi-circular pediment hood supported by brackets. It is flanked by a pair of Victorian shop fronts.
Inside, the remains of a dog leg staircase with turned balusters extend from the first floor to the attic.
