The Beeches is a house dating from around 1840. It features a plaster finish that resembles ashlar and has a slate roof with plastered stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade with three windows across the front. The central window is recessed and flanked by two outer bays that have pediments. The windows are glazing bar sashes, with the right-hand window on the ground floor being blind. There is a central recessed porch that has a four-centered arch and an open-bed pediment above a four-panelled door, with the upper two panels being glazed.
