Description
Stretton Bridge is a road bridge over the River Penk, built around 1830. It is constructed from stone with a chamfered, rusticated ashlar finish. The bridge features three segmental arches, each with chamfered voussoirs leading up to a roll moulding and a parapet above. The structure has a cambered profile along its length, topped with plain coping. There are documents that indicate this bridge was part of road improvements in the area.
