Description
Nos 130 and 131 on Station Street date from around 1840. They are built of red brick and consist of two storeys. The buildings feature four sash windows, each with keyblocks and plain lintels. The entrance is marked by a stuccoed Ionic pilaster doorcase that includes an entablature, cornice, and a six-fielded-panelled door. The eaves are corbelled wood, and the roofs are covered with slates. No 131 has a canted bay window on the ground floor and a four-windowed return side, which also has a stuccoed pilaster doorcase with a cornice hood. These buildings are included for their group value.
