Description

No 13 Market Place, which includes No 1 Friar's Walk, is an early 19th-century building. It is constructed of red brick and features three storeys with two sash windows and one blocked window. There is a sill band at the first floor and moulded stucco eaves, with a slate roof. The ground storey has a late 19th-century shop bay window on the left-hand side, along with a plain doorway that has a modern rectangular fanlight and a glazed wood porch. The return side has two windows and is part of No 1 Friar's Walk.
