Description

Croft House is a late 18th-century town house located on Duke Street in Tutbury. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped tiled roof with brick stacks. The building stands three storeys high and has three bays. The sash windows are set within a moulded architrave, with the central window on the first and second storeys being particularly notable. The moulded doorway is adorned with engaged Doric columns, a pediment, and a radial fanlight. There is a 19th-century addition on the left-hand side, which is covered by a tiled pentice.
