Description

This is an early 19th century remodelling of a previously existing house. It is a two-storey and attic building with three sash windows, each with single glazing bars. A 19th century doorway is located on the left-hand side, featuring side-lights and a cornice supported by brackets. The building has brick eaves and two gabled dormers, all covered with tiles. It is included on the list for its group value, together with numbers 18 to 33 on the same side of East Castle Street.
