Description
The Bromley memorial is a chest tomb located approximately 3 meters south of the south aisle of the Church of All Saints. It dates from 1779 and is made of grey sandstone ashlar. The tomb features a chamfered base, raised and fielded side panels with flanking fluted pilaster strips, raised oval end panels, and a moulded cornice on the chamfered top. The inscription commemorates "Benjamin Bromley of Eyton and late of Cotons (Coton Farmhouse), in this parish," who died on 3rd March 1779 at the age of 52.
