Description

Church House and Upper Church House, probably originating from the late 17th century, were formerly used as a workhouse. The building is L-shaped in plan and constructed of stone with some brick repairs. It has three storeys, featuring both sash and casement windows, with a three-window front and a four-window front. Church House has a basement, and the building includes brick stacks and tiled roofs. Inside, there are exposed ceiling beams.
