Description
The garden wall, dating from around 1601, is located adjacent to Albright Hussey to the southeast. It is constructed of red brick, featuring a grey sandstone ashlar plinth and dressings. The wall is U-shaped, connecting to the house to the northwest and the moat bridge to the south, and it extends approximately 10 meters along the moat retaining wall for a short distance. Notable architectural features include a chamfered plinth, flush quoins, and chamfered stone coping. There is a chamfered Tudor arch on the north side, and a stone mounting block is situated to the northeast. Albright Hussey is positioned within a moated site.
