Description

These are two 18th-century brick buildings, numbered 38 and 40 Cartway. They are two storeys high and have three windows on each floor, each being a three-light mullioned and transomed casement window with a cambered head. There are three plain doorways, each with steps leading up to them. The buildings have dentilled eaves and are roofed with old tiles. Nos 34 to 43 Cartway are grouped together for their architectural interest.
