Description

The gate piers, gates, and railings at the entrance to Boreatton Hall are likely from the early 18th century and the mid to late 19th century. The gate piers are made of sandstone ashlar and have a square section with moulded plinths and capping topped with ball finials. The inner piers are taller and are connected to the 19th-century outer piers by 19th-century cast-iron railings. The entrance features 19th-century cast-iron gates in the center. This structure is located at the southern entrance to Boreatton Hall.
