Description

Green House is an early 19th-century house with a core dating back to the 17th century. It is constructed of red brick with 2 storeys. The house features advanced wings on each side, each with coped gables. There are 5 casement windows in total, set within chamfered stone surrounds with hood moulds and label stops. A plain doorcase leads to a stone projecting porch, which has an arched opening on each face. The house has plain eaves and tall brick stacks, topped with tiles. A stone tablet on the rear elevation bears initials and the date 1688.
