Description

Coton Hall is a large early 19th century house with Early Victorian additions. It is L-shaped in plan and constructed of ashlar, with slate roofs and stone stacks. A dentilated eaves cornice runs around the building. The front facade has seven sash windows, and features a paired Doric columned porch and a low tower with a pyramidal cap at the junction of the two arms of the L-shape. Inside, the entrance hall is distinguished by fluted Doric columns.
