Description

The White House Farm House dates to the 18th century. It is roughcast with coped end gables and a roof of old tiles. The house is two storeys high and has two sash windows set in broad frames. A moulded wood doorcase with a pediment leads to the front door. The eaves are dentilled brick. A brick wing with a slate roof is attached to the south side, and this wing incorporates an earlier timber-frame, visible in the gable, which formerly served as a school.
