The front is made of painted brick, while the rear is constructed of red brick. The building features a plain-tile roof with tall L-plan stacks at the rear and brick dentilled eaves.
It has two storeys and a three-window range, which includes two 2-light casements and a 3-light casement on the right. The ground floor has, from left to right, a 20th-century door, a 3-light casement, another door, a 2-light casement, a 6-panel door, and a 19th-century shop window with glazing-bar sashes. The entrance to No 66 is located down an alley at the right end. The wings at the rear mainly have 2-light casements.
Inside, No 66 features a blocked corner open fireplace that is back-to-back with the fireplace in No 67. The hood of the fireplace and an old purlin are visible on the first floor.
