Description

The National Provincial Bank, built around 1905, is a two-storey building with an attic. The lower part is constructed of ashlar stone, while the upper section features a gabled design that overhangs and includes imitation timber framing with plaster panels. On the first floor, there are two four-light wooden mullioned and transomed oriel windows, along with a moulded floor band. The gable displays a six-light wooden mullioned and transomed window with leaded glass. The ground floor includes stone mullioned and double transomed windows, as well as two doorways, all set within moulded reveals.
