Description

Nos 71 and 72 on High Street are 18th century buildings with later alterations. They are constructed of painted brick and feature two storeys plus an attic. The façade includes three sash windows without glazing bars, each topped with flat brick arches. There are two modern or restored dormers that break above the eaves, along with a decorative band and bold lined eaves. The buildings have late 19th century shop fronts. They are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive group with No 65 and Nos 71 to 73 consecutively.
