Description

Nos 64 and 65 on Whitburn Street are late 18th-century buildings. No 64 is finished in stucco, while No 65 is made of painted brick. Both buildings are two storeys tall with an attic and feature four sash windows in broad frames. The entrance to No 64 includes a plain wood doorcase with a cornice hood and a six-panel door. In contrast, No 65 has a simple wood pilaster doorcase, a cornice hood, and a rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. There is an elliptical arched covered way on the left-hand side of the buildings. The eaves are moulded stucco with corbelled brick, and there are four gabled dormers on the roof, which is tiled.
